I have nine kids and am 48, my husband is 49. We had no problems although all the doctors said we would. I tend not to listen to doctors so much anymore... Anyway, I want more kids but I think I'm getting too old. My kids ages are: Justin age 23, Andy age 21, Karlie age 18, William age 16, Jeremy age 13, Thomas age 9, Gabrielle age 7, Kaitlyn age 6, and Cody age 2.

At 46 I thought I was too old to have Cody... now at 48 I'm thinking I don't want to be old and gray when I have a teenager! I won't have the energy for that! Good luck with your little one. Let me now how everything goes. By the way, I have 2 brothers, now 42 and 47 and they are both autistic. It came from my father's side, but I am happy to report that my kids are all happy and healthy :), I had my 7th child at age 39 too! Aren't kids great? Good luck.
