I can't seem to help my baby !!! :0(

My daughter is five weeks old and it seems everything I try fails. I'm not sure if you would consiter her colic or not.When shes awake and not feeding she is crying bloody murder. She has acid reflex and it seems like she is always in pain.In the past two weeks i have had a total three hours sleep, and thats with 10 mintues here and there.Her Doctor gave her medicine but it still doesn't seem to work. I've tried a warm bath, laying her on her belly, rubbibg her back, letting her sleep up right, I've even tried gripe water. Could it be some thing I'm doing wrong? Please help me!!!
