SUBJECT: How do we break the "blankie" habit?
My 4 yr old has a "blankie" that she has had since she was 6 mos old. I took her to the dentist last week and the dr said she is forming an "over bite". He suggested that was try to start breaking her of this habit soon. We took her to the mall this weekened and visited "Build A Bear" where she could pick out and dress her own bear - it would be he new "bedtime bear". Didn't work!! Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm pregnant with our second child and he is due in September. I keep telling her that her new baby brother needs a "blankie" and maybe she could share her's with him that she is a big girl now. Help and suggestions are welcome. Thanks!!
