Hi Nancy: I have a son 9 with ADHD and a daughter 11 with ADD. She has been taking the concerta for this whole school year. The only side effect that I notice is that when she takes it she cant stop talking. She doesnt get into any trouble at school matter of fact the teachers say they wish all the students were like her. My son is taking the 12 hour adderall. I really like it! This way he cant forget to go take his medicine after lunch.
