SUBJECT: Showing Independence
Are the trends today that different than any other decade? I seem to remember Madonna wearing "not much" in the 80's -- what's so different about what Britney is doing? We had a dress code in school -- the end of your skirt had to be below your fingers when they were by your side -- girls were always trying to get around it. I think it's something girls do to show their independence.
