First you should check with your doctor if you don't have one already. My doctor has told me everyone's body is different and should go by what their doctor tells them to do. My doctor has suggested that I don't run because 1) my breasts will hurt by thebouncing and 2) my heartrate should remain under 140 beats per minute because you can do damage to the baby's brain.
