WHEN is the RIGHT time? (SEX)

Hi:
Thank you for taking the time to read/answer this. I am a mom of 1. My daughter will be 5 in a few days. She hasn't gone to daycare so she doesn't have alot of experience being around strangers. I am preoccupied and would like to know how do I start the conversation of sex? Is it too early? Also how can I talk to her about good and bad touching where she'd understand (to prevent molestation)? Any info is much appreciated-God Bless.
