SUBJECT: Daughter sleeping in our bed and a baby on the way!
My daughter has never really slept in her own bed. Since she was born we allowed her in our bed thinking that it was safer and more comforting for her to be there with us. Her sleeping has progressively gotten worse. She is 2 1/2 now and wakes several times a night with nightmares or asking me to hold her, which of course I do to get back to sleep. The problem is that I am 34 weeks pregnant now and worried about what is going to happen when the new baby comes. I know that I won't bring this one into our bed, but my problem is more about how I can get my daughter to get a peaceful night sleep, preferably in her bed, and not wake up the new baby at all hours of the night. Help! I'm running out of time!
