Hello Mcbeth24,
I have a 1 and a half week old, and I feel like a zombie too... My baby sleeps all day long(2-3 hours with breakes)and at 9pm he is wide awake until midnight or 12:30am.Then he sleeps without feedings until 4am or 4:30(but he keeps waking up every hour or 1 and a half). I tried to feed him when he's awake but he doesn't want to eat at all. So my husband and I are having a hard time not sleeping through the night.
While during the day it is impossible to wake him up. I can't sleep during the day because I have the last 3 weeks of the school semester and very important finals ahead of me(so i have to study).
I wish I knew what to do to wake him up and keep him awake during the day...
PS.I feed him formula at midnight so his stomach is ful for longer.(during the day I am pumping and a little nursing.)
