Hi,
You might want to point out that Mommy and Daddy kiss each other in special places. Its a special way mommy and daddy share their love. Only when your married can you share your special love. Your child is only 5, Its important to be honest, but only enough for their age level. I would also make sure to explain the importance of not discussing mommy and daddys special love with anyone.
