My only suggestions is slobber, how much is there. I read and have since proven threw my own son, that children are sensitive to their slobber and it will make them break out, only fix is frequent face cleaning. Also when I was a child, my mother said Squash would make my face breakout, everywhere it touch my face, but I loved it. The doctor told her that it didn't hurt my stomach just made me breakout.

Hope this help, though I doubt it. :)
