I've been on the pill for 10 years too and married for two years in May. I'm SO ready to go off them! We've decided to wait until next year. :( Anyway, I've forgotten to take four pills and took them all at once. OK...so I didn't read the little pamphlet! I was so sick! I swore I was pregnant! My tummy hurt, I was light headed, I was always so sleepy! I couldn't even eat certain foods because they made me sick! Deep down I thought it could be possible that I was pregnant but never really thought I was because I've been on the pill for so long. My husband and I went to the Dr. and he spilled the beans on me telling her I took all those pills at the same time. She told me that that's the reason my body was acting the way it was! She did a pregnancy test and it was negative. Because I'd taken those pills at once, I had to stop taking the pills I had left until I had a period again. It took me four months to get a period! I can't begin to tell you how crazy that was...every month I thought I was pregnant! I won't be forgetting pills like that again! Still no baby but after reading these posts I'm not as confident in the pill as I had been! Please keep me updated, I'm interested in knowing how things turn out for you!
