I'm certainly no expert on this, but I do believe that a baby can sense a Mother's feelings - whether she is happy or sad, etc. I don't think that they can read the mother's mind. I have a 9 month old daughter, and when I was pregnant with her, I did notice more movement if I was excited about something. Try not to worry about it and stay relaxed. Enjoy your special miracle!
