i really need help with this one....please

my son is 3 1/2 ...he is absolutely spoiled by his whole family and he is the only child for about 3 more months in our family.he throws horrific fits and screams at me and my husband both. we ignore him and dont reward him for being bad.me and my husband are hoping that when he has a sibling things will calm some but right now he is so nerve-wracking!when he goes to other family members houses to stay with cousins or stay the night they always say he is the "best baby" that he sits...plays with his toys and only asks every once in a while for a drink or a snack...then as soon as we walk in the door he is on the floor screaming his head off and then the family is confused...like he was sooo good. i dont know what to do about the whining and screaming.
