has your son been sleeping on his side of the face? maybe it's from his saliva that triggers heat rash...my 2 1/2 month old had heat rash triggered by saliva .....i didn't know what to do, that was when i only washed her every other day (so she won't get dried skin)...but now i regret not washing her everyday....i wash her frequently, using soap every other day, her facial skin is so much better looking except that it's dried out because of the rash being gone....this really sucks...i don't know what to do now...what moisturizer should i use? have anyone heard of Babybee lotion?
