SUBJECT: my daughters grades are slipping
my 15 year old is having a hard time with her grades and she wants to go to a concert with her best friend. she usually does good but she has slacked off and i am not sure whether to keep her home or let her go. the band she wants to go see is her all time favorite and has longed to see them for 5 years now. the tickets are bought, her bestfriends aunt is going with them, and it's up to me and my husband to let her go. we even told her that she would have to earn the money by helping out around the house, but she hasnt helped to much. she isnt a bad child at all its just that when it comes to school she tends to slack off and realize her full potential. what should i do?
