SUBJECT: Earliest memories-better than last weeks
My earliest memory is of one of those hokey Cat clocks. My mother and I argued its existence until about 4 years ago. In a deceased uncles belongings the angle of the photo of him on the couch of her home showed a 1/4 of the clock on her wall! Most memories of that time are disjointed and not quite in chronological order. Until my first birthday, which I have a vivid first person memory of that disaster! My Dad getting hit by lightening mere weeks after that.
I have few memories of when I was between three and four. Must have been totally boring (which isnt a bad thing). I remember a boy in K and 1st that used to put straws in his nose.Learning a song or two in Spanish. And then the big Earthquake of 71 in CA. All images of foggy value I guess.
Remembering anything from day to day life last week? Not without real concentration!
