My 13 month old gets a bad rash on her butt often !!

Hi I need to know what may be causing my 13 month old to get a severe rash on her butt .We get it cleared up and it seems to come right back. I took her off of formula when she was a year old and put her on whole milk . I have tried to narrow it down to certain foods to se if it was a food that she was allergic to but so far no help. Does anyone have the sam e,problem please e-mail me at funbeingamom @aol.com
