I sympathinze with your situation, mine is similar, but reversed. I want it and he doesn't or we don't want it at the same time. Try to find someone to take the kids so you and he can have some alone time together. Have him give you a massage or a lotion rub down to get you in the mood (he may want to avoid the "Sexual" zones at first, because that's like rushing you along.

I have also found that you don't necessarily have to be really into it for him to enjoy it. Also ask him to give you a hand with the kids and such so you aren't so worn out all the time. You should come to some kind of compromise to appease both him and you until your libido returns. I hope things get better.
