I remember how hard it was to find a job when I was 15. It seemed like everything started hiring at 16. The best suggestion I can make is baby-sitting and nannying. I am 19 and its still my choice of employment. It sounds like she is mature enough if she wants a job so badly and most pepole are willing to hire people as young as 14. Get her enrolled in a babysitting class in your area and a Red cross and first-aid course. These credentials make parents much more likely to hire and they are also good lifelong skills. Then what she might want to do if she doesn't really know any families in your neighborhood with children is put up fliers in neighborhood schools, churches, or newsletters. This type of job has very flexible hours, pays decent money (usually more than working in a fast food place), and can be very enjoyable. I hope this helps!
