Sorry, I have no help in getting them out of your bed. My boys sleep with me and I love it. How about bringing one of the beds into your room to "extend" your bed so there is more room. Your little two year old is waking up for milk from a cup? Put an insulated cup of milk next to the bed and he can reach for that when he wants some. My 2.5yo is still nursing thru the night my 4.5yo only stopped about 9 months ago. I think it is normal. Espesially if you are gone at work all day! Try to make it enjoyable for all of you instead of miserably for just you... Good luck!
