BOTH OF MY KIDS SLEEP WITH ME

Both of my kids sleep in the same bed with me. I am a single parent of a 6 year old girl and a 2 year old boy and both of them insist on sleeping in bed with me and most times I end up sleeping on the floor. Also my 2 year old wakes up in the middle of the night wanting milk. They have their own room but will not sleep in there. I am getting no sleep and I need help! My 6 year old used to sleep on the couch never in her own bed and both kids have never slept in a crib, they went from the bassinet to my bed. Is there anyone who could please give me any suggestions about breaking them from sleeping in my bed?
