How long does it take?

My daughter is almost 2 1/2. She will go for days completely dry. Then out of the blue she will pee in her pants all day long. It drives me crazy. I think she is trained and then ...These accidents will go on for how long? I read about people saying completely trained in 1 month. We are on seven.I know it will happen but I wonder if I am doing something wrong. We use the regular panties, rewards, praise - I think the only problem may be I am nagging her too much and she is reseisting. I am just trying to avoid the accidents. What do you think??
