i know when my brothers ex would not let him see his son, he kept taking it back into court every time she would not let the visit happen. after a few times in front of the judge he ordered that if she did not obey the visition schudle that she would be found in contemp of court and would have to serve jail time. so after one time of going to jail she has never stop a visit and they after 7 years are doing things together
