SUBJECT: Infant memory
I have a very brief memory of when I was approximately 6 months old. Imagine the perspective of an infant being held by her mother. There was bright orange light coming in from a car window. I couldn't see anything but the bottom portion of the window, light, a bit of the interior and a portion of the blanket I was wrapped in.
Just recently I had told my Mom about this "memory" and her response was shock. She told me that when I was about 6 months old the family drove to Tennesee. During one of the "pit stops" she took me out of my car seat to feed me. It was evening and sun was setting.
Go figure.
