Hi Shalak! My son is now 8 month old and things had change. He slept very well for about a month and now we are again up several times per night. I know that he is going through a growing stage. He does not need to be rocked but he wants me there. I cannot let him cry. It breaks my hart. I slept with my grandmother for 15 years and even now I cannot fall asleep if I am alone in the room. For this reason I do not want him to sleep in my bed. Hope that he will learn in time that I am there for him but he needs to learn to sleep on his own. If he could do it for a month I guess he can do it any time.
