Please I Need Some Advice

Hey I am 19 yrs old and i was pregnant one time when i was 16 but i miscarried when i was 6 weeks pregnant i had taken a hpt and it came up negative... Well my last period was January 13th and i havent had one since.. I have experienced slight cramps which i assumed i was fixin to start my period.. Now i am experiencing my nipples hurt really bad which they sometimes hurt before i start my period.. I have taken a hpt test around February 15th which came back negative.. I am experiencing bad mood swings and some headaches... I need some advice i am scared to take another hpt or go to the dr. cause i am worried they will say no that i am not pregnant please someone give me some advice...
