SUBJECT: Is 17 too late?
My son is 17. He has failed a grade and probably will not grad. with his class. We have done everything we can think of since 6th grade to get him to do his school work. NOTHING! He blames everyone but himself and gets mad if you try to talk to him about it. He is smart enough to be an honor student and makes good grades on test, but will not do any work for the classes he is in. No work no credit for class. He will not get a job but gets mad if he can not have money. What should we do he is messing up his chances of accomplishing anything? Any ideas or is it too late to turn him around.
