It's not a bad thing. Just tell her it is 0k to change her clothes as long as she puts what she takes off. She is exploring her individuality, and thats a good thing. She will grow out of it. My sister did the same thing when she was little, and it drove my mother crazy. That was until she accepted that it was just the way it was going to be. And really what harm is changing your clothes. Like my mother always said, "Choose your battles." Oh by the way, my sister now 26yrs is a wonderful dresser with a closet the size of a small bedroom. I wish my 10yr old would change her clothes. Maybe out daughters need to talk j/k.
