Im a older sis im 13 i jus read ur message. I got a 2y and 4y old bro and sis. I babisit on weekands. After i feed them lunch at 11:00 am and after they each have a glass of water and I lay them down 4 a nap. Sometimes I leave the tv on catoons 4 them or I'll turn on the radio it helps them most of the time. And for the night time try laying him down at a earler time it might help i know how u feel my little bro will not go 2 sleep till like midnight and me and my mom have 2 go 2 skool and she has to go to work. But the thing is no matter wat time he goes to bed he still wakes up at 4:00 in the morning. I hope i could help u write back.
