Let me get this straight, your husband wants your children to get a second rate education? He does not let you make the educational decisions for your own children?

I would not have any more children fathered by this man. A parent not wanting the absolute best for their child is unnatural and a sign of psychological problems. Is your husband a drinker? A lot of alocoholic fathers would behave this way.

I suggest you send your husband to see a professional. You have watched your child deteriorate long enough. You are the mother. Help your children.
