Hi ladies,

Please find below a link to a great support group for women who are all in the same boat as you.

The support group is great for advice about Depo and trying to get pregnant.

As you know depo is a long process and has many paths which are different for all.

Doctors say 1 year for AF(period) to return back to normal and a average of 2 years to get prenant/ovulate. This does however depend on age, and how many injections you had.

There are many ways that women try to help, BCP- to get AF back to normal, herbs(Vitex-agnus castus, raspberry leaf, unicorn root and there are many more) to help AF and better ovulation. The waiting game and charting. Also OPK's (when AF has returned).

Well good luck on your path's and lot's of baby dust.
