The wonderfull world of Depo- some hate it, some love it.

I will help you with as much I know then I will give you the address of a support group that is great.

But... Depo is different for every women, you only had the one the went to BCP which is good news, as this help bring AF back more quickly. Alot women stay on BCP till thier AF is completely back to normal.

Doctors say on average after depo (I think this is based on women who have had more than 1 depo) that it is 1 year for AF([period) to return to normal and 1 year to get pregnant(ovulate).I know alot of ladies where this is longer. Although you are ahead of the game with having 1 AF.

There are other routes thats can be taken as well, BCP(for a short space of time), herbs(there are lots)I use angus catus(vitex),rasberry leaf and unicorn root. Clomid or provera -see a doctor about these. Then there is just the waiting game and charting.

The link for the Yahoo web group is below. There are alot of women there who are going through the same as you and they offer great support and advice.

Well I will keep my fingers crossed that you will be one of the lucky one's the get's pregnant quickly.

Good Luck.
