Oral.. am i not doing it right?

hey people i am a 16 year old girl and i have a boyfriend... we have been going out for about a month and a week... and we have already started to get sexual... i have given him oral more than once and he hasnt cumed... he said it feels awesome and everything... but no matter how long i do it.. he never seems to get an orgasom or anything... he says it feels good and everything... but to me it doesnt seem that hes enjoying it as much as he says... is there any possible way i do it better? does the speed of oral actually matter? and if im not doing it good ... how should i do it? as you all can tell... this is my first time doing it.. and hes my first to do oral on.....
