Hi there!! I went through the same thing with my son, Do the teachers think it is ADD? If so, then your next step would be to talk to you pediatrician or family doctor, they can tell you where you need to take her for the actual test for ADD, After she is tested they can help with medication and so forth, I hope this will help you out a little.
