Well, standard advice is to masturbate a half hour to an hour before you think you're about to have sex. If not, you could also keep doing other stuff until you're aroused again. Who says once a man's come that sex is over? Stroke each other, go down on her, kiss, etc. After a while you'll be hard again, no problem.
