Hi! It seems like you're already taking the firsts steps to healing! It is sooo important to be able to talk about this, especially with people who will understand what you're going through!! When I had my first miscarriage last year I didn't realize these message boards existed. I struggled for about 6 months with constant heartache, sadness.... I never thought I'd feel the same way again. It was like I forgot how to live and have fun. I really try hard to focus on all the goods things I have in my life and I'm going to keep trying to have another baby because I know in my heart it will happen for us. Give yourself and your body some time to get through this but don't ever feel bad about feeling bad, you're entitled to these feelings. Alot of people don't understand you lose so much more than a "fetus". Good luck to you and keep talking to people about this, it will make you feel better!!
