I am 31 pregnant with my first child. At 5 weeks I started on prometrium and I had the worse cramps until about week 13. I felt like my period was coming any minute and I thought I was going to miscarry. From what I am hearing, cramping is intensified with Prometrium. But, fear not, the cramps will pass! Good luck:)
