I am now 32 weeks and I have had pain in my thigh up to my lower back as well as trobbing or tight feeling pain in my groin area since I was 20 weeks. when I went to my doctor it was said to me that it is due to the way the baby is sitting and at times lays extremly low causing pressure and uncomfort. This pain tends to arise when I sit too long or walk to much. Hope everything is well for you all. I have had ultrasounds and fetal assessments and all is great for myself. The one thing i found helped was a heating pad under my lower back at night for about 20 minutes prior to falling asleep.
