SUBJECT: Ortho-evra side effects, or pregnancy?
Hi! I just started ortho-evra patches again, and two days ago I started my fourth week, without my patch. Well, I haven't started my period yet, and when I was on the patch last year, I always started the day after I took my patch off. To make matters more complicated I've had other symptoms too, including nausea, extremely sore breasts, and discharge that is not normal. When I was on the patch last year, I never had any symptoms except a little skin irritation. I've been checking things out, and all the symptoms, including the missed period, are normal symptoms of pregnancy, but also normal side effects of ortho-evra. It's still too early to take a test, because the last time I had sex was around the end of January, but we didn't use a condom, he only pulled out. Should I call my physician? Would she be able to find out if I'm pregnant this early? Thanks!
