I had a D&C last December and bled/spotted for about 7 weeks after. I had VERY severe cramping also. My OB had me take a pregnancy test which came back positive and he sent me to a radiology lab for an ultrasound and I still had tissue. I had another D&C that week and it cleared up that problem. After that my cycles were all over the chart!! I'm so glad I kept really good track of every period, spotting... so my doctor had a good feel of what was going on. We were going to start some testing (this went on for about 8 months) when I found out we were finally pregnant again. Unfortunately we lost that baby also at 8wks. So we are back to the drawing board but not giving up hope! Good luck to you!!!
