Crying it out works for most children. But the longer you wait to do it, the harder it is. If it works, this is the quickest and most effective method to remedy this problem. Give it a try.
I now have two children, ages 4.5 and 1.5 who sleep from 7:30pm to 6:30am without waking up once, consistently, every night, and you can too.
