 | She just needs a regular schedule, the same one every day, no exceptions. Wake her up at 7 am, put her down for a one hour quiet time/nap 1-2pm, then go to bed at 7 or 7:30pm. Serve breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner at the same time every day. The hour before bed needs to be calm, like reading books and drinking warm milk. If she doesn't want to go to sleep at 7pm, fine, she can go in her room, lay in her bed with the lights out and play with her stuffed animals in the dark. No getting out of bed. If her sensory issues have to do with noise, she either needs it quiet or she needs some home noise like a washing machine. If her sensory issues are touch, the parent needs to figure out exactly what bedding and pajamas are best.
