I have two children. Both of my pregnancies I experienced cramps. It is a very uncomfortable position for me because I had history of miscarriages. It is perfectly normal. You should maybe take it easy though. Cramping with out bleeding is not a problem. As long as you are not bleeding and cramping you should be fine. It does not hurt to call the doctor and let them determine if you should be examined. I pray that you have a successful pregnancy.
