She's physically capable of sleeping through the night. I'd make sure she's quite full before bed. Let her cry it out when she wakes up. Don't even go in there. Maybe get up for the latest one, around 4 or 5 am, and give her some warm milk. Then in a few months, get rid of that one also. This kind of behavior just continues and becomes harder to deal with, especially when they start yelling your name.
