SUBJECT: Alcohol before + HPT SCARED
I went to a house warming party on a Saturday and drank a few beers. Then two days later, I went out to dinner and had two there. Thursday, I was late and took a pregnancy test..and now I am going on my 8th week. I think about those drinks I had before I knew I was preg every single day! I have nightmares about what could be wrong. Please, has anyone been through this insane guilt? The nurse told me that as long as I have not drank anything since the day I found out, there is nothing to worry about. But, I cant help it! I have been taking care of myself wonderfully since the test and although many have told me its ok to drink here or there, Im not risking anything!! There will be plenty of time to celebrate the healthy birth afterwards!!!Please..help?!
