hi tiana
i am so pleased for you,i can imagine what an immense relief you must feel. All week my discharge(sorry not all pregnant mums in the uk are so graphic or gross!)has been coloured with blood,i have been trying to remain calm, but it has been playing on my mind all the time, last time i had a missed miscarriage, and did not know until we saw the baby at the scan....without a heartbeat, because the nhs is under so much pressure,i did not think for a moment that they would rescan me.It is very much the attitude in the uk,let nature take its course, but i am delighted to say, that having rung my midwife, this morning she is going to get me scanned asap, the relief is overwhelming, even though i am terrified of the same scenario happening again,no heartbeat,my 12 week scan is not due for another 25 days, and the waiting is killing me,so now at least by the middle of next week i will no one way or the other. Is'nt horrid, once you have lost one baby, you just cant be positive, the next time, the first time i felt like the most special girl in the world, this time i'm too nervous to even feel excited for fear of it all going wrong again. Is that the same for you?My younger sister is pregnant, she miscarried last summer(fourth preganacy)this is no.5!!!!we both fell at the same time, and had the same due dates in june, that was my last baby that i lost, she is now 6 months, and still says she just wants to know it will all be alright, with her 3 previous pregnancies it was just a breeze, because she just never considered that anything could go wrong,i guess the experience of miscarriage just changes your perspective.Anyway enough of that deep depressing stuff,as you are obviously my pregnancy twin i am going to start thinking good pregnancy karma ,based on your scan last week, you are slightly bahind me as they gave me 27 september as my due date my husband's b'day is the 30 so if its a couple of days late,it could be the most memorable b'day present ever,in the papers last week, they said it costs £117,000 to bring up one child in the uk including university,so on that basis the most expensive as well!!!!!
speak soon
lots of love
