Hi Missey,

You have nothing to worry about. I had the same thing happen to me in November last year. I had an egg growing in my left tube. That was the worst pain. I had to have an operation and have the tube removed though my belly button.
My husband and I have been trying to have a baby since January last year and after only having my next period in December I am now 7 weeks pregnant now.

The doctors told us not to try again until 3 months but we couldn’t wait. At my 5-week ultra sound I had some blood left over from my ectopic in my stomach.
I guess that’s why they tell you to wait.
I stared spotting and it turns out that at my next ultra sound the blood seem to of mostly cleared. Then there was a heart beat so im very happy now.

When you have a history or having an ectopic before the doctors like to keep a close eye on you. I have had to have 3 ultra sounds so far.

So don’t worry it will happen. Just relax
