SUBJECT: Any babies sleeping through the night on Neocate?
Our son is doing very well on Neocate but we cannot get him to sleep longer than 2-3 hours. We are not sure if it is because the formula is already broken down into amino acids and gets absorbed quickly or what. He still spits up and has reflux so we are doing everything the GI doctor has told us to do. Any suggestions? We also give him diluted prune juice to help him become regular with his bowel movements. It is still a work in progress. Also, does anyone have any advice on how to get our insurance to cover Neocate? Thank you for any suggestions.
