SUBJECT: is violence really my answer to everything?!
hey everyone! i have a REALLY big problem. well, it started out when i was younger and got worse and worse. i have an anger problem. i mean we all have anger once in a while but mine is REALLY bad. i find myself getting mad over the stupidest things and i hate being around people!! i hate doing things i used to luv doing too. one minute ill be all happy and the next i wanna kill the world! im always trying to hurt someone...if its me or someone else. i've been in therapy 3 times for it and every time i get out, it gets worse. the last time, i litteraly tried to strangle my older sister to death! im scared to be around people cuz im scared of what i might do. i dont even know how i got so violent. the first step to getting help is to admit that u have a problem. i have a problem and still...no one's willing to help me. my dad wont put me in anger management cuz of the money. but wouldnt u do n.e.thing to help ur child from physically trying to hurt ppl? i dont think thats the reason tho... one of my therapists said i have depression and should prolly be on pills. my dad didnt like that too much and he said no...so i keep gettin worse and worse. what do i do!? plz, help me in n.e.way u can!
